RETURNS
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Certain items, such as gift cards or sale items, may be non-refundable (check product details before purchasing).
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact our customer support team at support@ladywayuu.com to request a return authorization.
- We will provide instructions on where to send the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUNDS
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund has not been received after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
EXCHANGES
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email support@ladywayuu.com with details of the issue.
- To exchange an item, you have to return the original item as per our Returns rules and purchase new item. Once original item has been received we will issue a refund. Same Returns rules apply.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ladywayuu.com.

- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
